Mr. Scharar is an Attorney with Brackett & Ellis, PC in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.  His transactional practice focuses on drafting and negotiating entity organizational documents, assisting with estate planning documentation, and guiding clients through the probate court and estate administration process.  In addition, Mr. Scharar advises clients on a variety of business and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on realestate and taxation.  Prior to law school, Mr. Scharar worked as an auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP in Houston, Texas.
