Mr. Stoy is an associate with Brackett & Ellis, P.C. in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Stoy's practice ranges from defending insurers in first party property disputes to defending persons involved in breach of contract suits.  Mr. Stoy has also represented defendants in automobile accidents and fatality releases and successfully handled subrogation and debt collection suits in which he was able to collect for his client.  Mr. Stoy has received favorable verdicts sitting first and second chair in both jury and/or non-jury trials and practices in both federal and state court.
