Christopher is an attorney with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he advises the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) on a variety of federal and state legal issues including enforcement of federal transportation security regulations, employment law issues, ethics, information law, civil rights, and litigation. In addition, Christopher has also worked on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C.

Kat Hopkins is an associate with Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP. Kat focuses her practice on bankruptcy and business reorganization, including the representation of both individual and business clients in various debtor/creditor matters. Kat’s restructuring work has allowed her to develop an expertise in aviation law related to the acquisition, financing and leasing of commercial aircraft. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hopkins served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. King, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge, Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division.
