Please join us for TCYLA's upcoming webinar: Robbie Clarke of Bonds Ellis Eppich Jones Schafer, LLP presenting "Bankruptcy Basics."
Robbie Clarke focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters as well as workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcies involving distressed companies and investors. He draws on his large law firm experience to represent individuals and companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries. He has advised companies on transactional matters in and out of court and has also represented creditors, committees, debtors, litigants, and purchasers of assets or companies in many different types of bankruptcies and restructurings. He has experience encompassing a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, shipping, banking, finance, and healthcare.
Mr. Clarke has spent his career involved in large, complex matters representing companies and investors in Texas, Delaware, New York, and Virginia. He initially focused on representing large secured creditors and financial institutions in bankruptcy and reorganizations before transitioning to representing large companies or groups of creditors in significant chapter 11 reorganization cases and related transactional matters. More recently, he has also advised small and mid-size companies on corporate governance and other general corporate and transactional matters.
Mr. Clarke graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law magna cum laude in 2011 and Washington & Lee University magna cum laude with his B.A. in 2006

Please join us for TCYLA’s first happy hour back in person! We will be meeting outdoors on the patio at Lola’s Trailer Park 2735 W 5th St, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Thanks to Simplified Title Company and TCYLA Immediate Past-President Martin Garcia for generously sponsoring!

TCYLA practices safety protocols, including the requirement to self-screen for COVID symptoms before attending. Lola’s requires masks when not consuming food or beverage. Attendees assume all risks of injury or sickness.

Fall Slow-Pitch Softball League

 
The TCYLA spring slow-pitch season softball is underway! If you would like to come out and support the team (or play!), the upcoming May games are as follows:
  • May 13 – 6:45 pm
  • May 20 – 7:30 pm
  • May 27 – 8:30 pm
Games are located at 3300 Bryant Irvin Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76109 and adult beverages are permitted on a BYOB basis (please, no glass containers). Games last approximately one hour and all start times are subject to change based upon weather conditions. If you have any questions or would like to play, reach out to John Easter.
